1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned along with the original invoice.
- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Return Request Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at ubgroup2019@gmail.com or call us at 9860978530 with your order details and photos of the damaged/defective item.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions to send the product back.
3. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. No Replacement or Exchange Policy
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other reasons. These include:
- Products marked as “non-returnable”
- Used or tampered items
- Customized or made-to-order products
